Our Services

Waypoint Counselling provides an online counselling service primarily for teens and young adults.

Individual Sessions

Waypoint Counselling particularly has a focus on self confidence, study stress, anxiety, depression and wellbeing. After an initial session with a new client, Waypoint is able to understand the needs and goals of a client in order to develop a plan around working toward meeting them. Individual online sessions are 50 minutes.

Our Approach

Waypoint Counselling seeks to provide the best care for our clients. A range of evidence based approaches will be adapted throughout the sessions. Some are as follows:
